A logistics AI visit should follow an order through prediction, dispatch, handling and delivery. Establish which decision the model changes and how operators recover when the recommendation is wrong. In a route-planning exercise, compare proposed routes with the dispatcher's existing plan under the same delivery windows and vehicle limits. Include failed deliveries, driver overtime, loading time and manual corrections. Then test an unexpected road closure or missing parcel. The useful result is an explanation of how the operation responds, including who can override the software and whether the revised plan reaches every affected driver.
